Professional self-development plans (PDPs) are increasingly used to guide professional education, and this workshop will explore the reasons for this. Evidence for their use will be sought and their value explored. This highly interactive and skills-based activity (2 x 2-hour sessions in July, 4 hours in total) also incorporates a review of several research skills as applied to PDPs.
