About

Ensuring wellbeing for Practice teams.

Let’s face it, we’re all weary, fatigued, and perhaps somewhat ’stressed’. Knowing how to best care for ourselves, our colleagues and our patients is more important than ever.

This practical workshop looks at the notion of ‘wellbeing’ from a holistic perspective and applies learnings from current research. It will address ways to protect wellbeing in busy and stressful times, and provide a series of readily implemented strategies that can assist in improving mental health and well being.

This workshop is for all GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and practice staff, after all, we’re all in this this together! It’s a great opportunity to share a meal with peers, and discuss challenges and experiences while learning ways to protect well being.

We want you to leave this workshop feeling well fed, more positive, and better equipped with some practical tools to implement in your own life, or to share with patients.

Learning Outcomes

Describe wellbeing and how to protect it based on current relevant literature.
