Ensuring wellbeing for Practice teams.

Let’s face it, we’re all weary, fatigued, and perhaps somewhat ’stressed’. Knowing how to best care for ourselves, our colleagues, and our patients is more important than ever.

This practical workshop looks at the notion of ‘wellbeing’ from a holistic perspective and applies learnings from current research. It will address ways to protect wellbeing in busy and stressful times, and provide a series of readily implemented strategies that can assist in improving mental health and well being.

This workshop is for GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and practice staff, after all, we’re all in this this together! It’s a great opportunity to share a meal with peers, and discuss challenges and experiences while learning ways to protect well being.

We want you to leave this workshop feeling well fed, more positive, and better equipped with some practical tools to implement in your own life, or to share with patients.

Learning Outcomes

Non-attendance means you have registered and not notified us of your inability to attend at least 3 full working days prior to the event.

Why do we charge this fee?

This fee is to cover administration, catering, venue and speaker costs.

Your notification of your inability to attend enables us to provide courtesy notification to speakers who are giving of their valuable time of a drop in attendance numbers. It may also enable us to give someone on a wait list your seat at the event. If we are notified in time to reduce catering numbers with a venue and not be charged, funding can be put towards future education events enabling us to offer more topics. Very low attendance numbers notified with enough notice may also enable us to re-schedule the event to a future date. For these reasons, please let us know with as much notice as possible if you cannot attend.
