A cancellation fee of $44 will be charged via invoice for non-attendance at this event. To notify us of your inability to attend, please email events@ampheat.com.au by no later than 3 full business days prior to the event.  If your cancellation is inside 3 business days and unavoidable, please ensure you contact the event manager to discuss whether this fee can be waived for your circumstance.

Non-attendance means you have registered and not notified us of your inability to attend at least 3 full working days prior to the event.

Why do we charge this fee?

This fee is to cover administration, catering, venue and speaker costs.

Your notification of your inability to attend enables us to provide courtesy notification to speakers who are giving of their valuable time of a drop in attendance numbers. It may also enable us to give someone on a wait list your seat at the event. If we are notified in time to reduce catering numbers with a venue and not be charged, funding can be put towards future education events enabling us to offer more topics. Very low attendance numbers notified with enough notice may also enable us to re-schedule the event to a future date. For these reasons, please let us know with as much notice as possible if you cannot attend.
